Our founders, Master Distiller Philibert Gandy, Creative Director Peter Teo, and Business Director Edward Lee, bring together decades of expertise across spirits, hospitality, and design. Guided by the belief that great drinks tell great stories, we blend tradition with innovation to create spirits and liqueurs that are layered, balanced, and deeply rooted in place.
