Opening Hours?
At our bistro, our first responsibility is to create a warm, enjoyable experience for everyone. Good food, thoughtful service, and a relaxed atmosphere sit at the heart of what we do.
Behind the scenes, this also means caring for our team by treating them with respect, paying them fairly, and supporting them in meaningful work. It means honouring our commitments to landlords, producers, and suppliers who help make the bistro possible. A well-run service depends on cooperation all round.
Arrival times matter. We kindly ask guests to arrive punctually so service can flow smoothly for both you and our team, particularly on evenings with a second seating. We understand that delays happen and will always do our best to accommodate them, whether by adjusting your dining time where possible or welcoming you into our bar lounge. That said, late arrivals may limit what we are able to offer, and this is not always within our control.
Dining room reservations are best suited for guests joining us for full meals. For drinks, desserts, or a more casual visit, our bar lounge and outdoor terrace are open to walk-ins and offer a relaxed way to enjoy the bistro.
As our space is on the cosier side, online bookings are available for up to six guests. For larger groups, please WhatsApp us at +65 6717 8000. Bookings open 45 days in advance, and if you are planning something special, we are always happy to hear from you.

Reservations?
Dress Code
Our dress code is relaxed and considered. A little effort goes a long way.
We set aside up to 2 hours for each reservation so you can enjoy your meal at a comfortable pace. If you’d like to stay longer and we have space available, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please note that tables are held for 15 minutes after your booking time.
Dining Time?
To help us manage our small space, we request a pre-authorisation of $50 per guest when confirming your reservation. This amount will not be charged unless there is a no-show or a change within 24 hours of your booking.
We understand that plans can change. If they do, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will gladly release your table without charge.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation, or in the event of a no-show, a fee of $50 per guest may be charged to the card on file.
Your timely notice helps us care for our team and accommodate other guests who may be waiting for a table. Thank you for your kind understanding.

We’re a cashless venue. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, AliPay and PayNow.
If you or anyone in your party has dietary needs or allergies, just let us know in the reservation notes. We’ll do our best to look after you.

If you're celebrating something, let us know. We'd love to add a thoughtful touch where we can.
We’d love to help you celebrate! Our team is always happy to add a candle to any of our desserts. We also offer a whole uncut 6-inch Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake for $85++ or an 8-inch for $115++ with 4 days’ pre-order. If you prefer to bring your own cake, we’ll gladly assist with serving it. A $20 service fee applies to help cover the setup and service.

We offer a thoughtful wine list, but if you have a special bottle in mind, you're welcome to bring it along. If you purchase a bottle from us, we’ll waive corkage on one. Otherwise, a corkage of $40 applies.

Our outdoor terrace will open a little later, once we’ve found our rhythm. We can’t wait to welcome furry friends then.
Walk-Ins?
A limited number of seats in our bar lounge are available for walk-in guests. We recommend coming by before 6.00pm, as they tend to fill up quickly after that.
Takeaway?
We’re not offering takeaway at the moment, as we believe our menu is best enjoyed fresh, right here with us. If that ever changes and we introduce options suited for takeaway, we’ll be sure to let you know.
While Chip Bee Gardens is not fully wheelchair accessible due to stairs and limited permanent ramp access, we will always do our utmost to assist. Our bistro spans two floors, and with a little notice, our team will be prepared to help make your visit as smooth and comfortable as possible. Portable ramps are available, and our team will be happy to assist with their setup.
Accessibility?
Our space is quite cosy with narrow walkways and limited storage space. Unfortunately we do not have baby chairs available, but we do have booster seats. Stroller space is also limited, though our team will do their best to help with storage during your visit.
Chip Bee Gardens itself can be a little challenging with strollers, with stairs and limited ramp access, but if you need a hand, please let us know and we’ll be glad to assist.
Little Ones?
Our outdoor terrace lounge is pet friendly and open on a walk-in basis. Reservations are not taken for this area, allowing guests and their four-legged companions to drop by with ease. With a covered awning offering shelter from sun and rain, it is a relaxed spot to enjoy the bistro at your own pace.

Getting Here?
By Car
There’s secure street parking along Jalan Merah Saga and Warna Road, with more spots on nearby streets like Jalan Kelabu Asap and Jalan Rumia. The open-air Warna Road Off-Street Carpark, just beside Holland Village MRT, is also a short walk away.
Parking can fill up during peak hours, so we recommend arriving a little earlier. Do note that many of the surrounding roads are one-way, with two-way access only on Taman Warna and part of Jalan Merah Saga.

Holland Village MRT is just a few minutes’ walk away. Take Exit A and stroll along Warna Road. You’ll find us just around the corner on Jalan Merah Saga.
The name bridges two cultures. Chip recalls the Chinese 接, to connect, while Bee comes from the Malay word for beauty. Together they speak of a beautiful connection and a beautiful gathering, a place where people are welcomed, friendships are made, and moments are shared.
It is also the name of our bee ambassador, Chip, who reminds us to welcome every guest with warmth and to celebrate the joy of coming together. Like most bees, Chip is gentle yet hardworking, always buzzing with energy, devoted to community and drawn to beauty in every bloom. His little quirk is that he cannot resist fries, which is how he got his name. Chip carries the spirit of our bistro, creating connections, nurturing gatherings and adding sweetness to every moment.
