Opening Hours?
We take reservations for our dining room, while the bar lounge is kept for walk-ins. Our outdoor terrace will open a little later, once we’ve had a chance to settle in.
Tables are assigned at random. While we’ll always do our best, we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests.
As our space is on the smaller side, online bookings are available for up to 6 guests. If you're planning for a larger group, just drop us a note at host@chipbeebistro.com or reach out via WhatsApp or phone at 6717 8000. We’ll be glad to help.
Bookings open 45 days in advance. If you’re planning something special, feel free to reach out a little earlier. We’re happy to help with early planning where we can.
Reservations?
We set aside up to 2 hours for each reservation to give you time to enjoy your meal comfortably. If you’d like to stay a longer, just let us know and we’ll do our best to make it work.
Tables will be held for 15 minutes after your booking time.

Pre-Authorisation?
To help us manage our small space, we ask for a pre-authorisation of $30 per guest. This won’t be charged unless there’s a no-show or a change within 24 hours of your booking. We appreciate your understanding.
Cashless Payments?
We’re a cashless venue. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, AliPay and PayNow.
If you or anyone in your party has dietary needs or allergies, just let us know in the reservation notes. We’ll do our best to look after you.

If you're celebrating something, let us know. We'd love to add a thoughtful touch where we can.
We’d love to help you celebrate. We have some lovely desserts on the menu and are always happy to add a candle. If you’re bringing your own cake, we’re glad to help serve it for you. A $30 service fee helps us cover the setup and service.
Bringing a Cake?
We offer a thoughtful wine list, but if you have a special bottle in mind, you're welcome to bring it along. If you purchase a bottle from us, we’ll waive corkage on one. Otherwise, a fee equal to the price of our lowest bottle applies.
Corkage?
Our outdoor terrace will open a little later, once we’ve found our rhythm. We can’t wait to welcome furry friends then.

Walk-Ins?
Our bar lounge is kept for walk-in guests on a first-come, first-served basis. We’ll do our best to seat you promptly, though there may be a short wait during peak times.
Takeaway?
We’re not offering takeaway at the moment, as we believe our menu is best enjoyed fresh, right here with us. If that ever changes and we introduce options suited for takeaway, we’ll be sure to let you know.
While Chip Bee Gardens isn’t the most wheelchair-friendly area due to stairs and limited ramp access, we’ll always do our best to assist. Our bistro spans two floors, but if you let us know in advance, we’ll be ready to help make your visit as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Accessibility?
We have booster seats available and will do our best to help with stroller storage during your visit. Chip Bee Gardens isn’t the most stroller-friendly, with stairs and limited ramp access, but our team is always happy to lend a hand.

Getting Here?
By Car
There’s secure street parking along Jalan Merah Saga and Warna Road, with more spots on nearby streets like Jalan Kelabu Asap and Jalan Rumia. The open-air Warna Road Off-Street Carpark, just beside Holland Village MRT, is also a short walk away.
If you’re driving an electric vehicle, you’ll find charging points just outside Chip Bee Bistro on Jalan Merah Saga.
Parking can fill up during peak hours, so we recommend arriving a little earlier. Do note that many of the surrounding roads are one-way, with two-way access only on Taman Warna and part of Jalan Merah Saga.

Holland Village MRT is just a few minutes’ walk away. Take Exit A and stroll along Warna Road. You’ll find us just around the corner on Jalan Merah Saga.
